"The kitchen and living room areas were renovated and spacious, with new appliances. It is in a quiet location, not far from the restaurants, stores, and highways. It was a quiet and peaceful area for us. You can also park directly in front of the apartment allowing easy offloading of your luggage. The drive is about 30 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Nice."

"Beside the kitchen and living room, the bathrooms and bedrooms were a little older than expected. It was still fine though. There are also two sets of doors to enter; I guess the outer set serve as shutters and keep the apartment dark."
